Process Sensors

Baumer Process Sensors simplifies the automation of process technology with transmitters, sensors and measuring equipment. It gives precise parameters of pressure, temperature, fill level, flow and conductivity. Baumer product range includes different variant of sensors for different industrial process measurement needs. Electronic pressure measurement sensors comes with a compact design and robust ceramic measuring cell. And this is basically used for pressure and vacuum measurement in oxygen applications, hydraulics and agricultural vehicles etc. Pressure control with EF6 is tested for railway application and normally used in braking, slide regulation, retarder cooling and sanding system.

Temperature measurement sensors have a touch display with backlight alert. And these are suitable for monitoring of cooling circuits, heat exchanger control, laboratory equipment etc. Level measurement sensors have a multicolor LED display and detects all kinds of media like solid, liquid, viscous and pasty. Conductivity measurement sensors have a high accuracy rate of ≤ 1 and are programmable via touch screen. Flow measurement sensors have a compact and robust design but don’t have any moving parts.
